COVID PROTOCOLS AT THE IPPSA CONFERENCE 2021
IPPSA is committed to providing a safe environment to all attendees at our 2021 Annual Conference by following (and exceeding) Alberta Health rules and recommendations. In this regard, all attendees will be required to:
- wear a mask for the duration of the conference (except when seated to eat/drink)
- provide proof of full vaccination (two vaccinations, with the second at least two weeks prior to the start of the conference) or provide proof of a negative COVID test, taken no more than 72 hours prior to the start of the conference
- present proof of vaccination or a negative test upon arrival at the registration desk. Albertans can provide their immunization records through the MyHealthRecords app. Other Provincial, Territorial, or Federal equivalent records will also be accepted
The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel is committed to protecting the health and safety of its guests. The hotel continues to follow health guidelines with stringent cleaning, sanitizing and distancing measures, protocols, and procedures in place.
Depending on how the COVID situation develops, further attendee options may be introduced between now and the conference. IPPSA will keep you fully appraised of any changes.
We are very excited about holding this in-person event and hope these measures will give everyone reassurance in attending and enjoying the IPPSA Conference.
Thank you for your support!
