The desk will be open at the following times: Sunday: 16:00 – 19:00 and Monday & Tuesday: 08:00 – 16:30.

REGULAR REGISTRATION (IN PERSON)

The registration fee includes entrance to all Conference sessions and the trade show, access to speaker materials, Sunday evening reception, dinner on Monday evening, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunches on Monday and Tuesday.  Registration fees do not include hotel accommodation.

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION

We encourage everyone who can, to attend in person to get the most out of the conference and maximize networking opportunities. However, we understand that, for some of our regular attendees, corporate travel restrictions will preclude attendance this year.  With this in mind, we are introducing a Virtual Attendance registration option that will allow everyone to participate.  The Virtual Attendance option includes:

  • Livestream access to all conference sessions (Mountain Standard Time (MST))*
  • Participation in Q & A
  • Access to the online conference agenda and sponsor and exhibitor details
  • Access to online networking

*NB: Viewing of sessions will be livestream only, there will be no ‘on demand’ feature or session recordings available.

SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION

If you are unable to attend the Conference your registration is transferable up to and including November 16, 2021. Please contact the Conference Office in advance to arrange this. A full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be issued for written cancellations received no later than October 13, 2021. We regret we cannot give any refunds after this date.
