Registration at this conference may qualify for continuing professional development credits, please check with the relevant organization for confirmation.
All fees are in Canadian dollars. The registration fee includes entrance to all Conference sessions and the trade show, access to speaker materials, Sunday evening reception, dinner on Monday evening, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunches on Monday and Tuesday.
Note: Registration fees do not include hotel accommodation.

If you are unable to attend the Conference your registration is transferable up to and including November 16, 2021. Please contact the Conference Office in advance to arrange this. A full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be issued for written cancellations received no later than October 13, 2021. We regret we cannot give any refunds after this date.
