Scott is an experienced renewable and battery storage executive having supported the development, growth and operations of assets across north America demonstrating a robust history of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reporting, finance and operational knowledge.
Prior to joining Greengate, Scott was the Senior Advisor to TriSummit Utilities Inc, a Canadian pension fund held corporation with diversified rate-regulated natural gas utilities and long-term contracted renewable assets.
Prior to TriSummit Utilities Inc., Scott was the Director of Finance and Controller – Power at AltaGas Ltd, where he contributed to some of the first commercial scale energy storage systems in north America. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce focused in Accounting, from the University of Calgary, and is a designated Chartered Accountant.
