Once you have registered for the conference you be emailed a link to book your room at the special discounted group rate at the Fairmont Banff Springs.
Please note that the deadline for cancelling your room without penalty is February 28, 2025
The discounted group rate, based on availability, is valid until February 5, 2025, regular hotel rates will apply thereafter.
